Two weeks. 14 sleeps. That’s all that stands between us getting our community back together again. Welcoming back old friends. Excitedly meeting new friends. Deciding who we want to be and doing so completely and totally in the present moment.

This summer, we get a gift: we just get to be here. Together. No phones. No tech (well… a little tech.) Good food. Great people. A ton of fun.

We are waiting for the bus to arrive with the last of our incredible staff. The 150 here right now have been tremendous. Sitting in my office writing this, I can hear them singing, dancing and chanting. Just think how much louder they’ll be when you kiddos are here!

It’s time, my friends. It’s time to plant yourself in the vibrant turf of Weequahic and bloom. Bring it on. It’s going to be the summer of our lives! See you soon.
